My career has always been in a people role therefore it goes without saying that fantastic interpersonal skills are right at the top with a real ‘can do’ attitude. Credibility and sound knowledge are also important, as the consultancy process requires me to offer tangible solutions to what are in the main difficult and complex problems. The ability to build good relationships with the business area is essential to help leaders deliver on their objectives. There is always room for a common sense approach to help with solutions.
I have a Chocolate Labrador called Ted, and can be found twice a day walking on the Downs (well mainly running after him). I am also an artist and have my own studio creating work, and sell some pieces every now and again. I like snowboarding and many other outdoorsy activities
