Having spent many years working in a factory on 12 hour shifts, being un-satisfied in my work was a given. Sure many people enjoyed working nights but for me it was a drain and missing my family was just not desirable. I have always been an ambitious person and this led me to set up my first business in the 1990’s.
From that point on I have been a director of another 2 businesses and I am currently still a business owner and director of an education franchise.
My skills have been learnt from the front line, face-to-face sales and business development, it’s not always a piece of cake either. It can be extremely hard work and very demanding and taxing, especially mentally. I have had many failings and being a true optimist I have learnt from them and applied my knowledge to improve rather than throw the towel in.
I arrived at Lobster Property Group in the spring of 2012; it’s been a steep learning curve so far but very rewarding too. I enjoy the people I meet and helping them through the services we provide. It’s a real pleasure to be back in a focused pro-active team, after all everybody needs a place to call home. That’s what we do; we find homes for people to have a base to live their lives from.
