My experience extends over 25 years within the business solutions sector, providing multi vendor Telephony and Data Management solutions to address their business challenges. I have supported sole traders, SME's, Large Corporate and Government establishments, to resolve a miriad of business issues over the years. Having worked for major corporate Telco's, I discovered I have a genuine desire to share that experience with smaller companies who don't have the in house support when looking to resolve challenges when it comes to their comms requirements. Generally, smaller companies have little in-house experience of their own so have to buy this in Ad-Hoc , use a supplier or acquaintenace that perhaps only has limited ideas and solutions.
