I have over 30 years experience of running my own successful businesses. This is complemented with specialist expertise in knowing how to motivate and influence people, so that actions are put into place.
I have worked with hundreds of different companies in my career, from most sectors, covering professional services to aerospace, public sector to charity, muti-national to business start-up.
I built and ran a successful creative communications agency for over 20 years, employing staff who loved to work for us, winning accounts from some of the world's most famous companies and delivering sustained results that kept clients coming back year after year.
I'm a trained coach. Certified NLP Trainer and Master Practitioner. Communications specialist. Member of the Association for Coaching and the Professional Guild of NLP.
I spend over 150 hours a year in my own professional development and have invested thousands of hours in training and development over the years. Most of all I have learnt from practical application in the business world - making the mistakes that business owners often make (because everything ultimately falls to the business owner and most entrepreneurs have not had the previous training to do this job) and finding solutions to overcome these.
