I love property!  I love the freedom property can give.

And that is what the company - Kilmoth - is about.  I provide a bespoke service to a few clients.  The team and I find great deals, manage the buying process,  fix anything that needs doing and then we fill it with tenants and manage them too.

It is a simple way to invest in property.

Thank you for stopping by!  I hope I can give you a little insight into who I am as a person – give you a bit of my story and explain my enthusiasm for life.

So Who am I?

A wife, mother of three young children.  I went through the education system where I struggled to work full time and study as well, it all culminated in me becoming a pharmacist.  However, this did not give me the freedom I wanted as when I started my family, I realised that I had shackled my time to a job when I really wanted to be home with my babies.  I had to make a different choice.

I had read books like Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki and I knew there was another way to live so I ventured into the world of property investing.

I trained, took a great deal of action and faced a lot of fear over a period of time.  All this resulted in me being able to generate and find profitable property deals. By hard graft, I learnt the best places to invest in for ‘better than bank’(a whole lot better than bank!) returns, I built relationships with local estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors, handy men, builders,letting agents and more.  This has allowed me to buy property for my family and improve our financial position.  I also started to help other people increase their wealth using property. 

All of this has meant that I am well on my way to financial independence.  I am no longer completely dependent on a job and time away from home to create an income.  I can instead spend time doing things I love, creating profitable property deals for my clients and for myself whilst taking care of my family. I also had the privilege of winning a property business competition recently, as I was honored for having improved my business the most.  I was given a Porsche Boxster - Not bad, eh?

How do I help?

I work with a small, personally selected, number of clients who have limited time and so cannot find the right properties themselves.  I help these financially aware people achieve the financial future they desire, using property.  I find great satisfaction in doing this, as it has been one dream of mine to assist people in meeting their goals as can be seen from my personal blog.

Can I help you?

I do not know, It all depends on what your goals are.  The way I see it, savings accounts, pensions, etc are not keeping up with inflation so financially savvy people are using property to maintain and increase their wealth.  If you are one of those who have considered property as a potential source of income but do not know where to start then lets have a chat, I might be able to steer you in the right direction – whether by your own efforts or mine.  I am happy to help wherever I can.
