Gave me lots of useful advice on a slow running PC, many thanks!

I approached Simon with a problem recently and he diagnosed it without seeing my computer, gave me clear, precise instructions and of course he was absolutely right. I would recommend Simon and Delta PC to anyone.

Oh, and his hair is really soft.

So grateful to Simon for sorting out my laptop this morning. I had a virus and got scammed by some phishing software (I feel so dirty and used!) and Simon logged in remotely and resolved the whole thing for me in super quick time. I'm now up and running and able to do my work again. Really impressed.

Legend.. i had a dicky Blackberry.. a right ballache of a problem and he sorted it out, whilst on holiday.. 4N LEGEND.. 3 years on he's still my number 1 IT pick for 4NHQ.

Within minutes of posting a cry for help on the forum Simon had offered to give my troublesome machine a once-over remotely (I'm several hundred miles away so a visit not practical!) and within 15 minutes he was able to point to a number of issues - some which he addressed immediately and others for me to look at.

Good to talk to someone who is genuinely helpful and really knows their stuff.

Amazing, brilliant etc etc

It appears my darling daughter hadn't learnt the email etiquette of ignoring and deleting messages from unknown sources (though she has now!)

Enter on to my computer an unrequested visit of some spyware.

Along comes Simon to the rescue, I watched as he took control of my laptop and deftly removed traces of the offending parasite.

No questions, he's the one to turn to when you need help.

my website was taken down and my emails disappeared... well, panic stricken i sent the lovely Simon a text message asking him for some advice and to see if he could help me, little realising he wasn't actually working until next week.

Despite this, he has gone out of his way to get my site transferred and got my emails up and running again.

Simon, you are a true legend and i really appreciate everything you have done to remedy the situation, especially as it's crimbo hols and all.

Thought I was gong to have to replace my Laptop - running like a dog (not a greyhound) and doing some rather quirky things.

Intervention from Mr Bourne including a memory upgrade (over breakfast!) and some good advice re Anti virus software configuration amongst other thinsgs and all is sorted. Quick, efficient, reliable and trustworthy - that pretty much sums it up. Thanks Simon!
