After having the pleasure of listening to his refreshing and attitude-adjusting 4sights, I'm chuffed to bits that Paul is now involved with the helping Scarlet Bridge to achieve the growth we're striving for.

As well as bearing a striking resemblance to Elton John, this bloke actually does know his stuff - what you get is straight up, no nonsense insights and advice from someone who has been there and done rather than just memorised cliches from a text book.

Paul came into our offices a month or so ago to present to our team, and we're still buzzing from the Norman effect. If you want bloated, recycled jibberish, there are plenty of so called "experts" out there - but if you want the real deal, this is the bloke to call.

If we are still in business, it is probably down to the simple planning process that Paul taught us. No BS, no crap, simple, effective and to the point!

To say I was blown away after only the first session would be an understatement........

The 'no nonsense' promised approach is indeed delivered, and in an extremely fun yet professional manner.

Paul reminded me what my qualities were after half an hour and that was without me directly telling him, if that isnt understanding what makes people feel good and realise what potential they have is, then I really dont know what is!!
