<span style="font-size: medium;">After listening to an excellent 4 Sight on Friday morning, given by Paul Ainscow</span> of Redesdale Consultancy (ably assisted by Dave Gibson of Blu Sky Chartered Accountants), on the topic of the 4N Forum, I felt compelled to overcome my Forum rookie status and share with you how effective I thought it was.

I'm taken to believe that Paul 'cuffed' his 4 Sight, but how true this is I do not know. If indeed he did 'cuff it', then he should do it more often, as he delivered a very informative and benefical insight on why members should use the Forum, in addition to explaining how to maximise it and the positive effects it may have on your business, if you use it in the right manner.

As a relatively new member of 4N, a previous BNI member until recently......but don't tell anyone!, I have heard of the Forum but didn't know much about it or why I should be using it. Paul's 4 Sight motivated me to enter the Forum and I thought the best way to introduce myself, would be to justifiably sing his praises, by giving him a testimonial for a job well-done.

So, thanks very much Paul, for opening my eyes to the other benefits of being a 4N member and I look forward to being a regular user of the Forum.

I've been to many of Paul's 4Networking events in the Newcastle area (mostly Quayside and Gosforth/Newcastle Airport) and they've all been good fun and productive.

It was a particularly nice welcome the first time I went looking like a rabbit caught in headlights!

Paul's a very popular guy on the circuit, talks sense, has fun, and always keeps to his word.

As well as being a 'thoroughly good egg', reliable, professional and efficient, Paul manages to provide a wonderful welcome at the Newcastle Airport 4N Group by remembering everyone and making you feel a special part of the event.

Paul and I have been chatting through the forums and by e-mail on various topics - recruitment through to Legoland - for a number of months now. He has always posted highly relevant answers to queries and always follows up when he says he will.

Recently, I needed some advice on a potentially explosive discrimination issue and Paul was my 1st call - he ensured I was totally on the right track and made himself readily available to verify documents and answer any questions. He really cares about the end result and what he does - thank you Paul.

I really hope we can work together in person soon - maybe get the magazine up and running! lol!

After watching from the sidelines, impressed, as Paul helped us fill a crucial role in Scarlet Bridge a few months ago; I had the pleasure of working with him directly in recruiting a new graphic designer for our ever expanding team.

Although skills and experience were, of course, important to us for this position - it was even more important that the successful candidate was the right &quot;fit&quot; for a team as diverse and fast moving as ours is.

Paul actually took the time to come in and find out about our business, our team, and what specifically we needed from applicants. Keeping in constant contact with us - even from his hospital bed while unwell - we were taken aback by the extremely high quality applicants which he had screened and submitted to us. We already had very high expectations from Ainscow Recruitment, and they managed to topple them significantly.

The only negative, if there were any at all, would be that the high standard of applications we received made our decision extremely difficult! Which of course, we can't complain about!! Even so, Paul was more than happy to discuss things with us at every stage of the process, and really gave valuable and useful input.

Overall there is nothing whatsoever I can fault in how well Ainscow Recruitment have performed - they could have done their job half as well, and it'd still be ten times better than the majority of recruitment companies out there! Paul has a work ethic unlike anybody I have ever met in life or in business; and he clearly enjoys and takes immense pride in what he does, and this more than shows in how well the entire process was taken care of.

Ainscow Recruitment have saved us a lot of hassle, a lot of stress, and I genuinely do not believe there is anyone who is more perfect a fit for the vacancy than the candidate we chose.

Anybody who has a vacancy to fill would need their heads examining if Ainscow Recruitment is not top of their list of recruitment agencies - and if they keep performing as spectacularly as they have done for us and, by all accounts, their other clients - then they will undoubtedly continue to go from strength to strength.
