I spoke to Jane today 20th October at a 4N meeting and asked her for some advice about writting a letter to my daughters school for a request to transfer to her new school in september 2010.

Jane as always gave me some pointers and then said that if i wrote the letter then she would check it over for me.

Well what can i say this lady checked it out, turned it around and sent it back in 17 Minutes Wow how good is she.

It was fantastic Jane thank you so much you are a life saver. really do appreciate the help and advice.
