I had the pleasure of attending a risk assessment course that Jo conducted and have to say it was fun, informative and in her role as trainer we were all brought together as a functioning team. It also highlighted loads of important things that I didn't know about.

Jo provides really fabulous first aid training. Lively, engaging, professional & extremely knowledgeable. She got the whole group involved to maximise our understanding of the practicalities of this very important area whilst having fun at the same time.

I really got lucky when Jo decided to take on the AL role in Edinburgh. Now running 6 rocking groups, she works non-stop to ensure that her members and visitors get the most they can out of the network.

An awesome connector & leader, truly inspirational and true friend I couldn't now do without.

Jo is a fantastic Area Leader and is a great source of advice and support within 4N. I've also been able to rely on Jo in my business and she works hard to achieve results. Jo gets my respect and thanks every time.

I would thoroughly recommend attending these workshops as they really do show you the way forward and eliminate the mistakes many of us do make when networking.

I highly recommend Jo as a First Aid Trainer. I have been on many First Aid courses over the years but Jo's was definitely the most interesting and entertaining. She has a special talent of keeping her group engaged whilst delivering some very important information.

Jo is a terrific person to have on your side. She massively helped me out with oragnising a seminar in Edinburgh. Interesting meeting her clients too and seeing the massive respect they have for her.

A great networker and someone who really cares about the attendees and the extended teams around Edinburgh. She also does a mean line in "off the cuff" 4sight slots after two last minute illness drop outs in as many meetings.
