We have been using answer.co.uk / JAM for quite a while now. During the day they answer any overflow calls and when we are closed they politely take a message and let the customer know when we will next be open. Its a great service, miles better than an answer phone and excellent value too.

I realised I needed a service like JAM when I was in the office by myself on my mobile; the office phone went, & then so did Skype! I spoke to Katie who gave me loads of advise & a cheaper package I was thinking of too. All setup & taking my calls in less than 15 minutes :) Highly recommended!!!

I needed an answering service, everyone recommended JAM/Answer.co.uk, I got a call from Katie who was very helpful. The service is really good, calls answered within 2-3 rings (I've checked!!), instant emails with call details and all at a very good rate. Highly recommended.
