Over time my computer had developed a mind of its own. The list of things that needed to be sorted just kept getting longer. I met Mark at the Chippenham 4N meeting on Wed, he came to my house on Thurs and firmly made it behave itself! Now Mark, do your methods work with children???

The man's an IT genius. Even tho I am very technically capable Mark puts my knowledge in the shade. Fixed my laptop remotely with no fuss, and we had a good laugh too. Looking forward to having a beer when I get that far down the south west!
