 After phoning Gail out of the blue yesterday and announcing myself as the 4N pantsman, Gail managed to gather enough composure to take me seriously and provide me with some fresh, objective, and enthusiastic input into the preparation of my new pet-related venture..I just knew from her 4N posts that she would be the right person to speak to... sometimes you need more than 'business' advice, you need a kindred spirit with some passion (and sod the profit margins!)

After a post on the forums complaining of how much pain I was in with a problem I had developed with my back, Gail emailed me offering some free advice. A few days later, a relaxation cd landed in the post!! It has worked wonders for me, and the advice once put in to practice has minimised the pain more than the doctors managed to!! Without a doubt, Gail is a genuinely nice woman who goes out of her way to help.
