	21st May 2010 Simon Smith	I have an IP phone supplied by Chris and TXI. Chris recommended TXi's product and advised I use the simultaneous ring feature to instead of more expensive call forwarding. It works perfectl and it costs next to nothing. Supoerb service, great product, highly recomended.

Anita called a few days later to make sure all was ok. Their customer service is 2nd to none can't fault these guys one bit.

As a complete non techy person was slightly concerned about setting up Voip.Need I have worried,simple answer ...no. Chris and Anita at TXI have been so helpful with a system that completly works for me and are always on hand if I should have any issue(my own making this was). Would recommend TXI without hesitation
