Nevil saw a plea for help on Twitter when I was desperately trying to track down a parcel with City Link pre Christmas. He kindly stepped straight in and offered to call his contact to help me, within 10 minutes I had an update on my issue. This was a really kind and helpful gesture. Many thanks
