I’m not sure what I expected from my coaching sessions with Sally; a better work/life balance? Confidence? Productivity? Not a lot to ask from a business coach!
What I did get was exactly what I needed, a pathway to fixing the things that really did need fixing and a red card to those that didn’t. I write for a living but it’s hard to explain how inspiring my coaching journey was in a few words but I will say that Sally made every minute count and that my time with her was one of the best business investments I have made.

The lovely Sally - does a cracking job of Group Leadering her new group and wasn't a bit intimidated by the unruly hordes! She also did a 4Sight at Chelmsford recently which was great fun and had us all taking a closer look at what were doing with our precious time.
