I've heard Pam speak several times now & wish I'd known her when my daughter was smaller. We didn't have an easy time of it & called in a 'behaviour expert', whose advice probably made things worse. If we'd seen Pam instead, I'm sure there would have been far fewer tears & tantrums - on all sides.

Pam gave a great 4 Sight today at Congleton. She clearly knows what she is talking about, and i wish I met her when I was a new parent. But you know what? My daughters are in their 30's, but you never stop being a parent until you die, so thanks Pam.
