Jon is an absolute star, I cheekily took my laptop to a 4N knowing he would be there and by the time the meeting had finished, he had not only resolved my issues, but worked some magic and made my laptop run even quicker than before! A genuinely lovely and helpful guy!

I contacted Jon through the 4N forum section offering 1:1 Skype chat. I am looking to reach university students and he was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction, so that I now feel more confident that I will be attempting to contact the appropriate people. A very valuable few minutes.
