Following his superb expert session at MIHM I now use the process that Chris presented for using your time more effectively. What struck me was how well Chris outlined the process without having the time for preparation. I can only imagine how good he would be with the benefit of preparation!

Through some gentle probing, Chris helped me find some much needed clarity on numerous aspects of my life. More importantly, he helped me view aspects of life previously held in a negative light in a much more positive light. I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending Chris as a coach.
