I've been having acupuncture with Lidia for about 3 weeks. I'm astonished at the effect it's had - not only has pain in my shoulder lessened, but it also seems to have shifted a whole load of other softer issues for me. Absolutely delighted, and feel so safe and looked after in Lidia's care. Fab!

Before I met Lidia I'd never really fancied having acupuncture. Curiosity got the better of me! I was really surprised at how much it made a difference & how much more relaxed I felt after the treatment. Lidia was professional, understanding and caring. Thank you Lidia :-)
