Richard is a nerd, so we have instant rapport! But here's the thing, he's a very charismatic leader with the correct attitude towards 'stuff' n 'life' - As group leader of Bromley, which I recently visited he had the venue full to the gunnels, in August, with no MA. That says it all really.
