Shortwaysports are delighted to announce that for the forthcoming 2007/8 season we will once again be coaching Ashwood Football Club.
Working together with the longstanding management team already in place at the club together with our expertise in senior and youth soccer development we are looking forward to an exciting season.
“I am delighted to be starting another season as the head coach of Ashwood Football Club and continuing the work we have done with the seasoned players who have been in the set up for a while and have already benefited from our soccer development programs. This is an exciting time for the club with the new transfers as well as the start of a new season and the challenge of pushing towards the top of the league table”, comments Kirk Shortland of Shortwaysports.
Ashwood Football Club Manager Steve Dodds adds, “Having worked with Kirk from Shortwaysports in the past few seasons we know the benefit that his coaching brings to our club and how much fitter and aware the players tend to be, plus they always come away with something different from each session”.
Shortwaysports is an independent sport and fitness academy which specialises in senior and youth soccer development. Located within the southwest of England, we have enjoyed successful partnerships with a large number of community organisations such as the Somerset community school centre and local Football Clubs within Somerset, Dorset and Wiltshire football leagues.
