ELIMINATE CREDIT CARD DEBTS LEGALLY
Hi,
Around three quarters of all credit card/loan agreements do not comply with consumer law. This has been discovered as the biggest mistake banks have made since the reclaiming of bank charges.
The consumer credit act legislates that agreements must contain certain information, set out in a certain way, yet around 75% of these agreements do not comply.
We then use consumer law against the agreements to completely wipe out the remaining balance on your credit card. The banks have no defence against this as it is the law. We have had success form Halifax, MBNA, RBS, LLoyds, Citi and Amex to name just a few.
We also know that people are sceptical about this and so I have asked permission from a client ,who we have succeeded in wiping out £14,500 from his RBS card, if he will allow us to show the letters to anyone ( without his name etc..). So if anyone would like proof of this, I will gladly e mail the two letters over from RBS showing the £14,500 eliminated completely.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for reading .
