You provide details of your mortgages, loans, car finance and credit card agreements and we will offer a free review of each contract to see which qualify for a claim.
After submission to Cartel, and within 24hrs, we will have a decision on which products you can potentially claim against allowing you to decide which to proceed with.
The minimum claim amount pursued would be for £5000; in many cases this may be more.
For this service there is a fee of £495 that is payable after the initial underwriting process has been completed. The payment is refundable if at any time the claim is unsuccessful, subject to terms and conditions.
Credit Card Claims
If a credit card contract is found to be flawed or unenforceable you may be able to :
Claim to cancel the card and clear any outstanding balance on it
Claim back any charges previously paid
Claim for interest you have previously paid on any outstanding balances
Claim for repayments you have previously made
The Credit Card Service is available at a reduced fee for all clients of Cartel Client Review with a percentage taken from the award.
