Are you Ready to Change

There are times in our life when we all need to change. It may be that we need to adapt to a new job and new pressures. We may have just moved house, got married, got divorced. We may be a child and our mother has just produced number 2 child. Life constantly throws different challenges at us and we need to be able to adapt flexibilty and creatively to many of these challenges.

Some people seem to relish change, they thrive on it, they enjoy it. For others it is a source of stress, discomfort and sometimes loss of health. Why do you think that is?

Let me explain something about your body. You subconsciously chose one of two postures - Defence or Growth. Unfortunately you can't be in both at the same time. It would be like trying to accelerate and brake simultaneously (think of the damage that would do to your brakes!). When you're in growth, change is easy. When you're in defence you find yourself lacking energy, struggling to make decisions, your health may begin to fail. You may not even notice it's happening until you develop disease or pain.

There is another way. Network Spinal Analysis is practiced at a number of venues throughout the UK and the world. It is a new Chiropractic technique where the Doctor teaches the patients new strategies that increase flexibility and adaptabilty, increase their ability to heal, and empower them individually with regard to their health. This is not a quick fix and it not about creating dependency. It's about regaining control of your health and your life. There are no clunks and clicks, it doesn't hurt, it's suitable for all ages and can have far reaching effects on your health and wellbeing, and if you're lucky, there will be a practice near you.

Chiropractic 4 Health is the first clinic to offer this technique in South Wales. To find out more visit www.Chiropractic4Health.co.uk.
