There is a way to potentially write off your outstanding debts WITHOUT affecting your credit rating. If you have taken out any agreements for a credit card, secured or unsecured loan, or a car finance agreement before April 7<sup>th</sup> 2007 then it is possible to potentially eliminate those debts without affecting your credit rating and without taking out an IVA.
