  • Email Marketing Spam Checker - perform a spam check on your email marketing campaign before you send it out - check your campaign for stop words and any other factors that would deam it to be spam and not get through to the intended recipient.
  • Send a HTML and Text based email - if recipients can't accept HTML based emails make sure you send them a text based email instead - or better still make sure your email marketing software automatically picks up on recipient preferences.
  • Clean lists - if you have a failed message - you may as well not have sent the message in the first place. Good email marketing software automatically monitors whether your messages are getting through and if not - indentifies the reason and looks to clean your lists for you. So you only send emails that will get delivered.
