Recruiting & Motivating Sales Staff Is Not Easy
Recruiting New Sales Staff is always hard and when they need the encouragement other than yourself what do you do.
I sent my new person to The Jonny Apples Show Case in Birmingham and she came back full of beans saying that nothing is personal, as people don't know you so don't take it to heart when they say NO!!
After being shown how get your fustraions out by hitting the desk with a rolled up newspaper she got on the phone again and sold her first deal worth over £1000.
I have been in sales for nearly 10 years and have personally listen to Johnny speak and would recommend him to anyone I meet and I will be introducing him to the 12,000 visiters who have attended my shows over the last 2 years - because sharing the success is only part of networking!
