You can think about your self-esteem a lot. It is not about whether you think you are good enough though. That is not normal behaviour though as you are always comparing yourself to someone else. From the moment you are born you world is shaped by views and opinions of others to determine whether you are a success or failure.
If you do not have a solid foundation in the knowledge of who you are, the opinions of others will also leave you in doubt. You need to decide what is normal for you to put you in control of your life.
It is always down to you how you experience life. Only you can determine what is good enough for you, it is not a black and white answer. If you, however, determine everything you do as a failure and record you memories that way you are chipping away at your self-esteem. If you accept your flaws and imperfections, believe you are capable of anything but might just to learn how then your inner confidence will blossom. If you consistently take action and enjoy learning from every experience the world becomes your oyster.
You have to accept responsibly for your self-esteem instead of letting the myth of what it is cause you anxiety and stress. Make mistakes and learn from them, don’t procrastinate and life live by the “what if” way of thinking. You can grow yourself to whatever you what by benchmarking what is success to you and how to keep taking consistent action to hit that level.
Take control of what you want today.
