Your participation in the Health and Well-being forum is most welcome.

It aims to provide focus on:

+ articles on health and well-being
+ the health and well-being marketplace, trends and outlook
+ health and well-being companies, products and testimonials (separate thread for each)
+ emerging research areas
+ meetings/get-togethers
+ product promotions and discounts

The wikipedia definition of health is adopted to guide the focus of this club with health being defined by the WHO as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. This club does not discuss the science and practice of medicine but more so the steps that individuals can take to improve one's health such as physical fitness, weight loss, healthy eating and supplementation, stress management training and stopping smoking for instance.

Also, the club aims to promote discussion on wellness which we consider to mean a healthy balance of the mind-body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being as used in the context of complementary & alternative medicine and New Age spirituality perspective to wellness. The remit also covers anti-aging.
