It's a hackneyed phrase, but it is true, the only constant in business today is change. The trouble with trying to change anything is the inertia it has to go back to where it was. Employees don't like change because "they've done it this way for years", suppliers don't like change because "we'll have to change our systems" buyers don't like change because "it's our money paying for it".
