Tamsen  Garrie – Network Director

In the wake of 4N’s phenomenal growth, Tam has created structure, implemented processes and introduced training to ensure consistency of the membership experience across the network, whilst also nurturing vibrancy and fun!  With attendance numbers and the quality of group leadership teams both increasing fast, her approach is working.  As the network continues to grow and develop, she is now ably assisted by Gary Johannes (see below)

Mark Beaumont-Thomas – Editor 4community magazine

Nick Hutt – Backroom Powerhouse

As 4N grows, we need support in controlling our back office processes and Nick has joined us to provide this. IT project management, financial control, supplier liaison, the commission system; for all this and more, Nick is the man. Self-styled “All round reliable good guy!” on his twitter page, that’s what 4N thinks about him too and sums up why we hired him…Nick also has some blue-chip credentials, including working for 20 years at The Bank of England no less + working as Project Manager for a number of large corporates. For the last 3 years he has been self-employed, with his own estate planning business in the South West, so he knows all about SME-land, plus he is an active 4N member in the area.

Gary Johannes – National Network Support

With over 200 groups in the network, spanning 12 regions and around 60 areas, consistency of membership experience is important.  This enables members to fully understand and utilise the exceptional value of their membership.

Gary, Regional Leader for the vibrant Eastern Region perfected the model for success at group level and area level and has seen the positive effect of implementing it consistently throughout his own region  Gary is now also working with Tamsen Garrie to support the Regional Leadership team, providing advice, training and hands-on support where required.
