You've got to drive your own traffic to the communities Claire, we can't do that for every forum.

oh? but you are the almighty powerful :)
guess it pays to have a popular topic lol! (maybe we could do with a cloud tag thingy?)
Claire is powerful Liam, if you were the the type of guy to hang your bollocks out as opposed to doing some half arsed insult that I am sure makes you feel big and clever, when in reality it makes you look very silly and some forum bully, I think she would be able to help you.
Sadly I doubt it. But hey ho.

It is interesting how some take off and some don''t. Helen Lawrence of Morgen HR started one offering free general advice on HR and employment law and hasn't had a single question posted, although she has had E-mails, so I suppose it fulfills it's purpose!
I did one on Marketing, get nobody in there at all, yet my one with some YouTube music vids in it gets a few people in every day.

Variety counts. I LOVE my forum and I have to say, I have a great set of people who keep it alive. Without them it would die on its arse, end of. However, I do make the effort to make new threads to entice them back in, but the best thing for me is when a member is comfortable to make their own threads knowing the replies will be genuine and without a hint of bitchiness.
In essence, the forum I have created has definitely added that little bit of something to my life, mainly from the members that are on board.
