Trying to book John Weltz - Utility Warehouse into 4N Witney tomorrow, allows me to select him but he doesn't appear on the list. No message appears.

Even more bizarre, I now have an E-mail to say he is booked in, but he's still not on the list.

Yes I have worked out that he is booked in and the emails are sent to him and you - he just is not on the list. Might not be sorted today so just write him in manually and we will see if it can be sorted before the meeting is closed out.
