guys, it seems that each AL has received a list of meetings that need closing off - when I've checked mine it would appear that for ach meeting the event has been closed off at some stage because the correct nuymber of attendees is shown when you look at the group's historical list.
When you click onto the meeting, the info is not there, although it obviously was at one stage.
The info has been added once and must still be in the system as it's populating the "attendees" column - so surely we don't need to update?
FYI - the 3 groups I've checked at yeovil, Bridgwater and Taunton (although not before re-completing the taunton meeting 18/5)

I think that due to a log jam they got they got sent out late - if the event is closed ignore it - it should not happen again now the system has caught up.

So that's why I received e-mails telling me my receipt was available from meetinfgs I attended 3 months ago.

Wayne - hose emails were because the team closed out the event after the above emails went out.

yes, I mistakenly re-closed a meeting that had already been closed
AND I'm still getting emails telling me to close meetings that have already been closed so the Klingons are still around by the looks of things :-)

Ian - If you let me have an example I will check who closed out the meeting and when - It may have been closed by A N Other after the email had been sent.
Just noticed that you can see who closed it out and when - are you aware that the emails are sent out later the same day if it's not closed out in time.
