Hello - can you help me please

I have sne t an email to a customer via Microsoft Outlook 2003 however; I spelt the email address incorrect and have now resent it to the correct address -

Question:Outlook allows a short cut so all I have to do is type the first letter of the email address (simple system) however how do I delete the wrong email address out of Outlook?

When the list comes up gently move the cursor with the down arrow to the bad email address and press delete.
