A visitor is someone who isn't a paid 4N member - you only see guest on special events link Christmas

Asking because one of my team has managed to book a couple of people in as guests on the next Southampton meeting.
I've stopped any new ones from being added - I'll put the missing ones in tomorrow and PM yo uwhen done. Seems to be something from a while ago before we tightend up the guest system.
From what i was told it was done in the last week or so....

It would have been a problem when the event was created which would have been quite some time ago now - they can be added if it was set up wrong - at present it now defaults to not allowing guests for any breakfast event so its much safe to use. Tim will sort you out Thursday.
