WEBSITE SUPPORT [Placenames won't print]

Checked previous treads - have remembered to tick boxes, set up to print landscape but then just get the url printed at the bottom of the page. Print preview blank. Have aligned print cartridges etc. Managed by selecting 'print picture' but only one per page. ARGHHH!!!

Amanda - can you help me to help you by answering these questions:

  1. What type of machine are you on e.g. XP, Vista, MAC etc?
  2. What browser e.g. Internet Explorer 6, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3, Safari
  3. Are you running anyting like AVG?
  4. Have you ever been able to print?

The easiest thing to do is to upgrade to Internet Explorer version 7 vai this link.  IE6 is fully of security holes and is not supported browser for event control.

You should try and put all patches on your machine
