And before you answer. I've been in and done it. In event control the group (Bicester) shows as being at the new venue, but all forthcoming meetings show as being at the old venue.

Tamsen's had a go, Abbey's had a go, I've had a go, and we can't work it out!.

OK Stef, we have looked at it this end. When we follow it through everything works as expected so its not a bug.  However it is possible to follow the process through and if a mistake is made then only admins can then sort the date out.

I have a few ideas about what we can do so that if a mistake is made it is still possible for you and other ALs to sort it out and get the venues sorted as you need them.
