WEBSITE SUPPORT [Changing company image]

I need to change my company image to my new company logo but everytime I try and do this (including simply browsing to the new jpg logo or deleting the old image first, it simply pastes the lod logo back).  Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?  The company logo loads as a photo and in the signature but not as a company image logo...!
