It has come to my attention that the credit crunch is crippling animal rescue centers all over the country and they are desperate for help.

I have been racking my brains trying to find a way that I could help more, by perhaps utilising my website (new one coming soon).  We already have a paragraph on our home page relating to the charities that we help, but I was wondering if maybe a guest corner where a member of a charity could write something to attract public attention.

We already donate to various animal charities and working 7 days a week means I have no time for the practical hands on help.

If anyone has any ideas I would be extremely grateful.

We have a few animal charities round here (south Oxfordshire) - if any of them wanted a freebie promotional page in my magazine I'd be happy to help.

Best wishes,
Alison

Thats a really lovely thought Alison and one that I am sure your local animal charity would very much appreciate.

We do as much as we can with regard to sponsorship, and donations, but I would love to do more.

It's so upsetting to hear how overloaded they are right now, as a result of the credit crunch which is really hitting them hard.  When animals cannot find further space they are euthanised
