Karen completely floored us at Banbury this morning - when she explained why accessibility is more important to our websites than SEO. Really interesting, thought provoking 4Sight delivered with a real passion.

Can people who have a disability use your website? If a blind person uses a piece of software to read your website to them, will it work? you have the same responsibilities under the Disability Discrimination Act for your website as you do for your premises.

Glad the 4sight went well. You should talk to Karen or Lee before you go anywhere near SEO - I am prepared to back that up with hard evidence too. And I am visiting google tomorrow, and they say pretty much the same thing.
