Sarah please dont bring your jealousy onto the forum,wasent it enough when you turned up singing "because of you" by Kelly Clarkson at my grans 80th??????!!!!! i can see im going to have to get a virtual restraining order on you.
On a serious note, DISC is fantasic, right now we just did 11 of them for managers of a large firm across South Wales, we have gathered them here this morning to go through our findings.

this is funny.
I am a fairly high D, very high I, pretty low S and even lower C
So...I try to Influence people, if that doesn't work, I boss them around, I don't stick and much and I never do as I'm told! Fairly accurate me thinks! Oh, and I'm the same across all 3 graphs too....bizarre. Maybe that's why we're all a big happy family!!!!

Sarah, in person your I is really high (aka labrador puppy), but over the phone, and in professional situations, your D (aka dragon) increases. Also, before you were my drinking buddy I perceived that your D came before your I. However, now that I know you and the professional honeymoon period has passed (hic!) your I comes before your D in person.
Now that you're self-employed your C (aka penguin) should increase, due to the need to have a higher attention for detail in terms of sole responsibility for client work, your own press releases, VAT returns, contracts for clients etc.
Worth (not a sales pitch here) redoing it in another few months to see how things change.
Am I the only mentally unbalanced person around here, as my graphs differ, e.g. when I'm under pressure I go quiet and my I (puppy) goes right down.
