lol, no no no I'm recording it (Tampa lost last night, damn, they need to snap out of it, I want a Phillies Vs. Rays final!!!
Back on topic, I need to be up at 6.30am tomorrow (back to work), but I didn't go to bed til 3am this morning and slept in til 1pm, I NEED to force a sleeping pattern upon myself!!

Rubbing one out is a bad idea, in my experience. Succeed, and you're too hot to go to sleep. Fail, and you have to try and sleep with a semi and the smell of failure.
