I like to drive - not on the motorway in a traffic jam, but on extreme, open roads...up on the moors!

Or sail.

Or just go somewhere really beautiful and admire the view

Ok, the punching bag sounds great at the moment so I think I'll go with that...the view idea is nice too but it's dark by the time I get home so not much in the way of views. Although, I currently have a view of Leeds city centre - mainly the train station and the Tetley's brewery factory place....nice! xxx

if it's intense aaaagggghhh type stress then I do some juggling - stops all other thoughts entering my head as I have to concentrate so hard on not dropping the balls!  End of the day unwinding is usually music, good film, good book, go for a walk/swim, usual stuff

I wish I knew how to chillax. Always fizzing with rabies.

Is it handsome in here, or is it just me?
