Ski pants (leggings with the strap bit under the foot)...remember them? Due to my long legs, I always had a bit of an issue with the under foot strap meaning they got pulled down and the crotch was round my thighs.
Anyhoo...just looked at some photos on facebook and a (trendy) girl I know appears to have worn some on Saturday night.
Surely, they are not en vogue again?

Leggings are 'in' apparently so they may be! You have to wear them with a dress or a skirt now though .. so my daughters tell me. Which is a blessing because a very high percentage of ladies backsides should not be seen in anything that clings so tightly to the cellulite

I'll second that Karen, having seen some photos of me in leggings LAST time they were in!
My litte daughter wears them with a skirt and looks well trendy! And when she goes down the slide in the park you don't see ker knickers -which is a bonus!

Lol..yes that could be a bit of an issue!
Have noticed them around where I live..hope they aren't back in a big way as not many look good wearing them...

Blimey, I do hope not, I was a big leggings/ski pant wearer in the 80s, though always with something long over the top. But I fear it could be true, my daughter has been wearing leggings (including a fluorescent pink pair!) under shorts and skirts for months.
Having said all that I'm no follower of fashion anyway so I doubt I'll be turning up to a 4N breakfast in my ski pants any time soon! (11,000 4N members breathe a sigh of relief!)
Best wishes,
Alison

If you remember wearing something the first time around don't do it again!

Don't encourage him please Helen. I have to try to sleep now with the image of Charles in lycra in my mind. Not good.
