I love Christmas

My daughter is counting down the days to when she can start with the advent calendar and candle

And it aint about the commercial christmas to us (we finished the shopping yesterday), now it is all about the fun, the activities, and the getting together with friends and family

Of course, that party on the 15th was a good start :-)

Christmas doesn't tend to start before December, apart from cheapos that have a Christmas party in mid November to save on costs.

This year has definitely been a blur, scary!

And I still can't believe it's exactly four weeks til Christmas! I haven't started thinking about presents yet! I don't even know what I want for myself!

One of the families in our street put up their decorations and lights etc yesterday....bit early I think, but ok! lol

Lots of love

Black and White sweet jar is on the shelf, maltesers gone now until Easter.  What more do you want?

It's not Christmas in our house till the 24th, when the turkey's stuffed, the spuds are peeled and the sherry's open.

Best wishes,

We tend to open the sherry first.  Then peel the turkey and stuff the spuds.

Nope, if I did that they'd never get peeled! Either that or there'd be chunks of my fingers roasting away with the turnips ...

Best wishes,
Alison

I don't think sprouts should be just a christmas thing, I love sprouts, bring them in all year round.  You should be able to get some McSprouts with your burger, maybe I should suggest it.....

Yeah that sounds lush.  I've been told that the battered mars bars are great but I'm yet to try one.
