If you ask me, it'll only have a negative affect once you take into consideration the amount of work that'll have to be done in every company.
25p in every tenner. Although clearly they haven't been arsed to change the VAT rate on the Labour webshite. Does beg the question, who would buy a beanie with 'Labour' on it anyway?
