Purchased BT Vision as it was cheaper than Sky. Problems tuning the channels but that is my aerial no fault of BT. Anyway got that sorted and then had a problem getting Satanta to work. Called BT and was on hold for 1hr 25 minutes before I gave up. By which time I had missed the Liverpool match.

I had forgotten just how bad BT were at answering the phone.

BT - Nothing wrong with the products - just extreemly bad after sales customer service...

I refuse to pay them a red cent due to their complete lack of investment in the antiquated infrastructure over the past twenty years.

Plus I really don't like those adverts with that twunt off My Family.
