Just fill your boots Tim, get to as many as possible. Like life, 4N passporting is like a box of chocholates.

Like Brad says, until you try it you wont know. You may get a lead straight away or it may be the following month when someone will be asked about kitchens and hopefully your name will be the one that comes to mind.

Hi Timmo, it'll be interesting to see how you get on. Its great that you keep posting here every step of the way as it lets others see how it goes for a new member from day one. I for one am keeping an eagle eye on your progress! Good luck!!

Hi Tim, My experience has been that 4N is a slow burner and you get results over a period of time. I've been going to various breakfasts since about September/October and only started getting an occasional positive lead since Christmas. You need to keep meeting people again and again so they get to know you, and you happen to meet them just at a time when they need your services. A bit of luck to be in the right place with the right person at the right time is needed and you only get that by being in lots of places with lots of people at lots of times. My getting to know you even through a forum like this is also a help. We have clients in Glastonbury (not through 4N) and if they happen to mention needing a kitchen, I can say 'I know a man who can...' Look forward to meeting you at one of the breakfasts soon.
